In Greek mythology, Algea (singular:Algos) is used as the personification of pain. The three known Algeas are Lupe (pain), Achos (grief) and Ania (sorrow).
Our muscles are responsible for movement.
When muscles are damaged or strained, it causes PAIN.
Pain limits movement and in doing so bequeath GRIEF.
Prolonged exposure to these innervation conjures SORROW.

Originally from Malaysia, I’ve proudly called Adelaide home since 2012. As a dedicated gym-goer with a strong passion for strength and performance training, I know firsthand the toll that intense workouts can take on the body. My own experiences with persistent pain led me to explore bodywork—not only for my personal recovery, but also to help others train and move better.
I specialise in results-driven, hands-on treatments tailored for active individuals, athletes, and those who take their training seriously. My focus is on relieving muscle pain, improving mobility, and accelerating recovery — not on providing relaxation-style massage.

Cancellation Policy
As a small, full-time business, last-minute cancellations have a real impact on my livelihood. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
1. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or same-day cancellations will incur a 50% fee of the full treatment cost. I reserve the right to waive the fees depending on the circumstances of the cancellation.
2. No-shows will be charged 100% of the fee.

3. After incurring two same-day cancellations, I reserve the right to charge 100% fee of the full treatment cost moving forward until further notice.

This policy ensures I have enough time to offer the slot to someone else who may need it. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time and business.
